Position: Program Manager

Location: South Portland, ME

Description:  We are currently seeking a full-time Program Manager. Monday-Friday, 40 hours/ week. 5:30 am-2:00 pm

Position Summary

The Discovery House Program Manager is accountable for all aspects of clinic operation, including:

  • Deploying key strategic initiatives with regard to qualitative service delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Building a culture of operational excellence and stability through development of clinic team
  • Acting as steward of the DH brand, representing the brand to internal and external stakeholders

Outcomes include:

  • Financial management–revenue, payroll, accounts receivable, and operating expenses
  • Operational management–policy compliance, successful licensing surveys, process improvements, and risk management
  • Talent management–staff placement and development, satisfaction, and retention
