Discovery House (DH) is an outpatient substance abuse treatment program specializing in methadone treatment for opiate addiction. Methadone maintenance (long term treatment) or detoxification (short term treatment) combined with a comprehensive therapy program is the most successful treatment approach for heroin or other opiate addiction.
